PLEASE ARRIVE 15 minutes EARLY. 3. New customers 1 no call you will not be able to rebook you will be walk in status only. First come first serve. Late policy (check with your stylist about their policy). 4. If you arrive 15 minutes late, your appointment will be re-booked an as well a $15.00 fee will apply to your next service.

AFTER 3 NO SHOWS you will not be able to book any future appointments , you are able to take advantage of walk- ins which are based on a first come first serve.
